The moment, and the opportunity
The City has invited operators twice. Both invitations closed with no proposal. That outcome is fixable.

Interest in Stoney Point Ranch has never been the problem. The obstacles have been practical: years of deferred maintenance, debris and abandoned material on site, unresolved claims over existing fixtures, and lease terms scaled as though this were a large commercial equestrian center rather than a five-acre neighborhood facility.
A community-scale operator cannot absorb all of that alone before earning a single dollar. So the solicitations closed empty — not for lack of will, but for lack of a workable structure.
The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council has asked the City to repair exactly these conditions. This proposal answers with a partner ready to move the moment they are addressed.
Site condition
Debris removal and cleanup of abandoned material so restoration can begin on a safe, clear site.
Fixture claims
Clear resolution of claims to existing improvements, so an incoming operator knows what it is taking on.
Right-sized terms
Rent, insurance, and capital obligations scaled to a five-acre community facility, not a commercial show barn.
A ready operator
A local team with committed private capital, able to start as soon as the terms are workable.
